This board is all about the wood. Wild spalted maple grain takes center stage, split by a clean walnut and maple stripe running across the middle — a simple detail that makes the whole board pop.

Details:

- Spalted maple with walnut and maple inlay stripe, 18.75" × 12.875" × 2"

- Juice groove around the edge to catch drips

- Treated with food-safe mineral oil and finished with my own homemade board butter (a mix of mineral oil and natural waxes)

- Hand wash only, dry standing up; re-oil now and then to keep it rich

A board that's as good to look at as it is to cut on.
